“Easy Button” is a market leader in innovative technologies currently researching proprietary AI, Blockchain, and IOT (internet of things) applications for commercial real estate and finance.

Gayman also owns Easy Button Realty and serves as the Designated Broker for the Scottsdale-based Real Estate Firm. He was recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in 2017 for his recognition in wholesale real estate marketing, and in 2021 as one of the 40 under 40 by the LA Wire.

As of November 2021, Gayman is enrolled at the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) pursuing an Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management Innovation and Technology along with an mMasters in Finance. In October 2022, Gayman received an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan. Gayman has also previously enrolled in and completed Courses with MIT’s Cambridge neighboring Harvard Business School, and is enrolled in the Executive MBA (Master of Business Administration) program at the University of Cumbria(NW England, UK)Gayman played college football at College of the Siskiyous and Southern Oregon University during his Undergraduate studies in 2004 and 2005. In 2014 and 2015, Gayman was an Offensive Assistant Varsity Football Coach at Horizon High School(Scottsdale, AZ).

After undergrad studies, Gayman worked in Finance and Management for Berkshire Hathaway Automotive Group(Formerly Van Tuyl) in their Phoenix Chevrolet and Toyota dealerships. Gayman created a tribe known as “FlipHackers” where he coached over 1,000 real estate business owners in a short span that lasted from 2017-2019, but the venture was shut down to focus on the fast-paced growth of Easy Button.

Gayman has been in the real estate industry full time since July of 2009. Joshua and his wife Veronica reside in Scottsdale, Arizona.
